TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council has decided to extend the road closure listed hereunder to public traffic from 08.00 to 18.00 on the following days: Monday, 4th January, 2010 to Friday, 12th February, 2010, to facilitate the laying of new watermain at Shelmaliere Commons, Wexford

Road Closure :

Road No:         L3027

Townlands:       Shelmaliere Commons (between the junction with L3018 and junction with L3026).

Alternative Route :

Routes:             A detour will be in place for light vehicles from Shelmaliere to Kingford Bridge and for HGVs on the R733 & R738 to Taghmon.

 

Road Nos.:       From Shelmaliere take L7039, right onto L30191, and right onto L3019 to Kings Ford Bridge .

                         HGV.s take R733 to Waddingtown, and right onto R738 to Taghmon.  From Shelmaliere take L3018 to junction with R738, left to junction with R733, left towards Wexford.

Alternative routes will be signposted. Local access to Shelmaliere Commons will be facilitated.
