Proposed Amendments to the Draft Taghmon LAP 2009-2015

WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 20(3) (d) of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 - 2007 that Wexford County Council being the Planning Authority for the County of Wexford proposes to make amendments to the Draft Taghmon Local Area Plan 2009 – 2015. This report is also available for inspection and any submissions or observations made to the Planning Authority in relation to the proposed amendments from 22nd July, 2009, to 18^th August, 2009, will be taken into consideration before the making of any amendment.

A copy of the proposed amendments to the Draft Local Area Plan may be inspected at the following locations:

·        Planning Reception, Planning Department, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford; Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

·        Post Office, Main Street, Taghmon, Monday to Friday,. 9.00 a.m. -1.00 p.m. & 2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m. & Saturday from 9.00 a.m. -1.00p.m.

·        Online at www.wexford.ie

Copies of the proposed amendments to the draft Local Area Plan can be obtained from Planning Reception, Planning Department, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.

Written submissions or observations on the proposed amendments to the draft Taghmon Local Area Plan will be taken into consideration before the making of the final Plan.  Submissions and observations may be made in writing to the following address:
