Notification of publication of a Draft Clonroche Local Area Plan 2009-2015

pursuant to Section 20 (3) of the Planning & Development Acts 2000 - 2007

 

 

The draft Clonroche Local Area Plan will be on public display from the 22nd July, 2009, to 1st September, 2009.   This Plan is the main public statement of planning policies for Clonroche village. To ensure the new Local Area Plan reflects and outlines the broad wishes, issues and opportunities for the Plan area, the general public are invited to participate in a Public Information Meeting regarding the draft Local Area Plan.

 Public Information Meeting

 in the

 Community Hall, Clonroche,

from 3.00 p.m to 8.00 p.m

 

The format for the day is a drop-in open forum where you can discuss the Draft Local Area Plan on a one-to-one basis with Planning Staff.

 

All are welcome.

 

A leaflet describing the role, content and implications of the Plan and the process of making such a plan can be obtained from the Planning Section of Wexford County Council.

 

Copies of the Draft Clonroche Local Area Plan may be viewed at the following locations:

 

Planning Reception, Planning Department, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford; Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. -4.30 p.m.

 

Clonroche Post Office, Main Street, Clonroche, Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. -1.00 p.m. & 2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m. & Saturday from 9.00 a.m. -1.00 p.m.

Copies of the Draft Clonroche Local Area Plan can be purchased from Planning Reception, Planning Department, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.

 

Written submissions or observations with respect to the Draft Plan can be made to the Planning Authority from 22nd July 2009 to 1st September 2009. Submissions received will be taken into consideration in the making of the Plan.
