Notice of Making of Ferns Local Area Plan 2009-2015

WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council, at their meeting held on 13^th July 2009, decided to make the Ferns Local Area Plan 2009-2015 in accordance Section 20 (5) of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2007 and Article 14 of the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations, 2004.

The Ferns Local Area Plan is the main public statement of planning policies for the Village of Ferns. It sets out the land use, amenity and development objectives and policies of the Planning Authority for a six year period until 2015.

A copy of the adopted Ferns Local Area Plan may be inspected at the following locations:

• Planning Reception, Planning Department, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford; Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. -4.30 p.m.

• The Enniscorthy District Office, Old Dublin Road, Enniscorthy, Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

• The Gorey District Office, Market Square, Gorey, Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

• Available for downloading online at www.wexford.ie

Copies of the Plan may be purchased for €15 at the following locations:

·  The Planning Section, Wexford County Council, County Hall Wexford.

·  The Enniscorthy District Office, Wexford County Council, Old Dublin Road,

    Enniscorthy,  Co. Wexford.
